ADDRESS & RECLAMATION

NOTE! You must notify us before sending your return.

If you wish to return your goods, please contact us at info@baseofsweden.com and tell us about the reason for your return and what products you want to return.

Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered the products.
The customer is always responsible for costs related to return shipment.

Complaint
If your product is damaged or incorrect, you must advertise the product within a reasonable period of time. We recommend that the complaint be made on the back of the delivery slip. Please describe the error carefully and indicate if you want a new product or the money back. If approved, we will of course replace you for any return shipping costs. 

For Sweden only:
We comply with the distance contract agreement according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the distance contract. The withdrawal period will begin on the day you receive your order or substantial part of it. The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are in a substantially unchanged condition. As a customer you have the right to investigate the product, but you may not break the seals or try the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for both the return cost and the delivery of the goods. Always contact the customer service by e-mail before returning a product and make sure the package is traceable.

Right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies. In the event of a valid complaint or cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your package is packed and shipped within 24 hours. Normal delivery time is approximately 2-4 days, during peak season it may take longer. Letters is delivered to your mailbox as far as possible. Unfortunately, we are not able to control how an item is delivered (mailbox or delivery point), it is an assessment made by the carrier.

We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.

If you discover any damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the extradition site and make an injury report. Refuse to receive a damaged package. If you do not detect the damage until you open the package and the damage is such that it can be attributed to the carrier's handling, contact them and make an injury report. If any dispute with the carrier can not be resolved, please contact us. If you have ordered and do not pick up your shipment before returning to us (package about 1 month, letter 14 days), we will charge you 195 SEK (including VAT if applicable) for our handling of the goods.

The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the actual order value - this happens automatically in the online store and the cost of shipping is reported at the checkout.

For customers outside the EU, any customs duty and VAT will be paid by the recipient.

Receipt / Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an approved order, you will receive an e-mail that is valid as an order confirmation. Together with your delivery you will receive a paper receipt. If you did not receive an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check that your email address is correct and let us know and we will send you the confirmation.

All prices include VAT (of 25%) when applicable. If VAT is to be changed, we reserve the right to adjust our prices with the corresponding amount. We reserve ourselves for any printing and writing errors.

Facts and prices are provided with reservation for printing errors, if any. incorrectly specified technical specifications and for final sales.
If you are under 18, you must have the guardian´s permission to order with us. Fraud investigations are always reported by us.

Dispute
Any disputes are resolved primarily in discussion with our customer service. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and also refer to the European Commission's Dispute Resolution Tool on the Internet: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
