Return and Refund Policy
NOTE! You must notify us before sending your return.
If you wish to return your goods, please contact us at email@example.com and tell us about the reason for your return and what products you want to return.
Keep in mind that you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered the products.
The customer is always responsible for costs related to return shipment.
We comply with the distance contract agreement according to the Consumer Agency's recommendations. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the distance contract. The withdrawal period will begin on the day you receive your order or substantial part of it. The right of withdrawal applies only if the goods are in a substantially unchanged condition. As a customer you have the right to investigate the product, but you may not break the seals or try the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for both the return cost and the delivery of the goods. Always contact the customer service by e-mail before returning a product.
Right of withdrawal is not applicable to companies. In the event of a valid complaint or cancellation of purchase, we will refund the amount for your order within 30 days.
If your product is damaged or incorrect, you must advertise the product within a reasonable period of time. We recommend that the complaint be made on the back of the delivery slip. Please describe the error carefully and indicate if you want a new product or the money back. If approved, we will of course replace you for any return shipping costs. In the case of complaints, the same address as for the right of cancellation is found at the bottom of this page.
